Shamrock Half

A few weeks ago I set the goal of running this race. I wanted to do this one because it was right in my neighborhood so I knew the course well. Even though there were a lot of hills and the wind was pretty bad I had a good time and am really happy I did it. I was also happy that I had a lot of cheerleaders along the way!
I was 59/189 overall and fourth in my age group.










Cambria wore my medal all day.

2 months

Earlier this week Ethan had his two month doctor appointment. He now is 23.5 inches long (66%) and weighs 11.14 pounds (48%).

California trip

Last week we went to California on kind of a last minute trip. Skyler had the week off and we wanted to do something fun so we went to the beach and Disneyland/ California Adventure.









It was a little cold at the beach but that did not stop us! Cambria had a lot of fun playing in the sand.


We thought the inside of our hotel was pretty cool. Complete with a koi pond, turtles, and a lion that roared every hour.









As with most vacations it seems all we did was eat. The highlight of the trip for me was eating at Ariel's Grotto. The food and atmosphere were awesome and all the princesses came to our table to say hi to Cambria.














She is one spoiled little girl!
